This is a Temp role for a 3 months period, looking for the successful candidate to start Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator ASAP.
Administrator Responsibilities
- Engage in all relevant Purchasing activities within the product services department.
- Purchase requisition to purchase order conversion.
- Purchase price chasing expediting
- Purchase price system updates
- Manage supplier invoice queries and resolve in agreed timescales.
- Understand and deliver to stakeholder requirements.
- Support buyers in collation of reports for suppliers. Support
- Delivery annual departmental budget targets
- Order Management of production components Order
- Management of consumable products
- Sending orders and chasing suppliers so if they’re not comfortable doing so they’d be no good.
- Determine inventory levels to ensure business needs are met.
Administrator Skills & Experiences:
- IT experience, Comfortable using Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft excel and outlook
- Purchasing experience required in a Manufacturing environment
- Computer literate in Microsoft office
- Good numeracy skills

Working Hours:
Mon- Fri: 9am to 5pm
Salary
£9.26 - £10.12 per hour depending on experience
