Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator this is a temporary role with start date asap, this is a full time role, location is Telford. The Administrator will be working in a Care Home as part of the team and will have some contact with residents.
The Administrator must maintain a friendly manner at all times. The reception area is ‘front of house’ for the Care Home and the duties of the administrator are to ensure that residents, guests and all visitors to the Home are treated courteously and efficiently at all times.
The Administrator must maintain confidentiality about all issues discussed in the office regarding residents, the Home and staff and must never discuss any of the issues outside of the Home.
Administrators Duties include;
- Photocopying documents
- Filing
- Scanning
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner
- Answering the door to relatives and visiting professionals
- And other general administrative duties
- Skills/Attributes/Experience:
- Previous Reception experience within Care is Desirable
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner is ESSENTIAL
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills is ESSENTIAL
- Proficient IT skills including Excel
- A can-do attitude looking to continuously improve performance and skills
- Ability to follow instructions and also work to own initiative
Location - Telford
Salary: £10.00 per hour
Hours
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Administrator Experience
- Administrator: 1 year (Preferred)
- Good Telephone Manner
- Excellent IT Skills – Email, M/S Office
