Summary Details:

  • Hours per week: 37.5
  • Currently our operational hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm and Friday 9.00am-4.30pm. 30-minute lunch break each day.
  • This is a temporary position.

The role of scheme administrator is to process existing client applications

This consists of processing and checking documents and reports, making sure everything is correct and in order and updating our membership database.

It also requires contacting members via phone/email and chasing up required documents and information from them.

This role is busy and has variant of queries to deal with daily.

Skills required:

  • Administration work experience preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy required.
  • Good communication skills and telephone experience.
  • The ability to use standard computer systems including Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel and Word as these will be used on a daily basis). Training will be provided for our internal systems.
  • The ability to work as part of a larger team but being self-sufficient and motivated.
  • Ideally, we would like to see candidates who hold qualifications of GCSE C grade or above, but not essential.
  • Able to provide a minimum of two contactable references, if required.
