The BDM will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of products and services currently offer into Industry.

Against targeted metrics, the BDM will be expected to promote the brand, develop new business and manage existing customers via a dynamic, consultative approach. Scoping discussions with new and existing clients are essential to success, along with delivering a bespoke solution to their growth requirements and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quarterly sales delivery against group strategic plan
  • Research & identify new business opportunities growth areas, market trends
  • Seek out the appropriate contact within an organisation
  • Technically up to date with current industry regulations
  • Carrying out scoping and needs analysis with clients
  • Knowledge of all training material within the technical department
  • Responsible for own diary and pipeline management
  • Ability to forecast, analyse and present sales information
  • Visiting client sites, offices and training venues
  • Assist in the development of business sales & marketing strategies
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
  • Produce the pricing content in B2B contract agreements
