Working within a small, close-knit team, you will be fully trained and developed over time as you develop a career in the Telephone Answering industry as a Call Handler/Administrator.

You may have worked in a call centre before, or an Administration role that involves telephone work.  Most of all, you'll have a professional telephone manner and the ability to be adaptable in the workplace and work at a fast pace. 

The role of Call Handler/Administrator is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career with a friendly and supportive company. 

The role of involves:

- 'Virtual Receptionist' duties

- Answering calls

- Taking messages

- Fielding calls

- Making bookings

- Various admin duties

- Delivering exceptional customer service at all time.  

This role is Monday to Friday 9-6. 

We also have a role Tuesday to Friday 9-6 with 1 Saturday in 3.
