Hours are:
- Wednesday 9am - 6pm
- Thursday 9am - 6pm
- Friday 9am - 6pm
- Saturday 9am - 4pm (1 x per month on a rota basis)
Duties include:
- Providing and answering service to a varied range of clients.
- Taking accurate details for call backs
- Booking appointments for customers.
- Typing accurate information
- Using Live Chat
To be successful in this role you must:
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines
- Ability to complete admin tasks accurately and follow instructions
- Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
