Hours are:

  • Wednesday 9am - 6pm
  • Thursday     9am - 6pm
  • Friday           9am - 6pm
  • Saturday      9am - 4pm  (1 x per month on a rota basis)

Duties include:

  • Providing and answering service to a varied range of clients.  
  • Taking accurate details for call backs
  • Booking appointments for customers. 
  • Typing accurate information
  • Using Live Chat

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines
  • Ability to complete admin tasks accurately and follow instructions
  • Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work on own initiative 
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
