Customer Service Advisor

A Customer Service Advisor is required to play a vital role in answering 1st line customer calls while working on a technical helpdesk. You will ensure every customer receives an excellent customer experience and make sure customer queries are managed effectively.  You would help customers with their technical queries and ensure that each call is logged on the in-house system.  

There is scope for progression in this role for the right candidate. 

Hours are Monday to Friday  9-5
