Customer Service Associate - 2pm to 10pm

Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting bright and enthusiastic individuals for the role of  Customer Service Associate for an exciting company based in Sheffield

Working in a call centre environment, representing a well-known global brand, as Customer Service Associate you’ll be responsible for taking incoming calls and responding to emails from customers who have an issue with their online order.

You’ll report to a Team Manager and alongside the rest of your team of  both Junior and Senior Customer Service Associates, be required to work at a high written and verbal standard in order to meet targets.

Full systems and campaign training on the role will be provided to perform your role as Senior Customer Service Associate, as well as ongoing support from senior members of your team. However we are looking for candidates who are able to:

  • Demonstrate great customer service skills gained in a previous call centre role or customer service environment
  • Provide examples of solving issues for customers at work
  • Use multiple computer systems
  • Create well written emails
  • Give examples of when you’ve dealt with challenging and complex issues for customers

You need to be able to demonstrate success in a previous similar role to be considered for this role as Customer Service Associate - what’s also important is that you are able to use different IT systems and that you have good customer service skills.

This is a full-time permanent role. The shift pattern is 2pm-10pm, working 1 weekend in 3.
