Customer Service Call Agent

Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for a bright and enthusiastic individual for the role of Customer Service Call Agent for an exciting company based in Sheffield 

Working in a call centre environment, representing a well-known global brand, you’ll be responsible for taking incoming calls and responding to emails from customers who have an issue with their online order. 

You’ll report to a Team Manager and alongside the rest of your team, be required to work at a high written and verbal standard in order to meet targets. 

Full training on the role will be provided, as well as ongoing support from senior members of your team.  However we are looking for candidates who are able to: 

  • Demonstrate great customer service skills gained in a previous role (could be in retail, office, call-centre, bar work, waiting-on etc)

  • Provide examples of solving issues for customers at work

  • Use multiple computer systems 

  • Create well written emails

  • Give examples of when you’ve dealt with challenging and complex issues for customers 

You don’t need to have worked in an office or call centre environment previously to be considered for this role - what’s important is that you are able to use different IT systems and that you have good customer service skills. 

This is a full-time permanent role. There are two shift patterns; 9am to 5pm or 2pm-10pm - both include working 1 weekend in 3.
