Working hours are Monday to Friday 10.30 - 14.30

Working within a small, close-knit team, you will be fully trained and developed over time as you develop a career in the Telephone Answering industry as a Call Handler/Administrator. Excellent progression opportunities for the right candidates!

The role of Call Handler/Administrator involves:

- 'Virtual Receptionist' duties

- Answering calls

- Taking messages

- Fielding calls

- Making bookings

- Various admin duties

- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

You may have worked in a call centre before, or an Administration role that involves telephone work.  Most of all, you'll have a professional telephone manner and the ability to be adaptable in the workplace and work at a fast pace.
