Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for bright and enthusiastic individuals for various call centre roles for an exciting company based in Sheffield.
The Role:
Working in a call centre environment, representing well-known global brands, you’ll be responsible for speaking to customers and providing a high level of customer service. Duties include:
Answering emails
Resolving queries
Complaint handling
Chasing orders
Processing payments
You’ll report to a Team Manager and alongside the rest of your team be required to work at a high written and verbal standard in order to meet targets.
Person specification:
Full system training on the role will be provided, as well as ongoing support from senior members of your team. However we are looking for candidates who are able to:
- Demonstrate great customer service skills gained in previous roles
- Provide examples of solving issues for customers at work
- Use multiple computer systems
- Create well written emails
- Give examples of when you’ve dealt with challenging and complex issues for customers
- Display a level of confidence when speaking to customers
Previous call centre experience is not essential but desirable - what’s also important is that you are able to use different IT systems and that you have good customer service skills.
Shifts:
This is a full-time permanent role.
Shift patterns can be chosen from the below: (Please note these are NOT rotating shifts)
9am to 5pm, M-F, 1 weekend in 3
2pm-10pm, M-F ,1 weekend in 3
12pm - 8pm, M-F ,1 weekend in 3
Night shift - Saturday - Wednesday 10pm- 06:30am
Night shift - Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 06:30am, 1 in 2 Saturdays
10am - 7pm M-F
