Edwards Employment Solutions are currently recruiting for an Internal Fleet Account Manager for our International Client based in Chesterfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous account management experience, with excellent customer service skills.
Internal Fleet Account Manager Main duties:
Customer Account Management
Administration support, including accurately entering information to spreadsheets and in house systems
Building on existing relationships ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements are understood
Developing new relationships ensure a comprehensive understanding of their requirements are understood
Working to all budgets and targets agreed by the Sales Manager
Processing orders
Chasing Payments
Communication with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met
Liaising with our purchasing and operations teams to ensure support and efficiency
Internal Fleet Account Manager Experience required
Experience in a similar, background/experience within car/van rental, ideally a great knowledge of commercial vehicles and the makes/models
Proven track record of successfully working to targets
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
The ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
Disciplined, confident and self-motivated
Numerical, computer literate with good keyboard skills and proficient in MS Office applications, e-mail, Word and Excel
Enthusiastic, conscientious and a flexible team member
Works well on own initiative, as well as being a good team member
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective time management and organisational skills
Hours – Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Benefits:
• Salary £21,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
