You will take on the responsibility for both identifying new business opportunities and maintaining the entire life cycle of those accounts in the area of Web Development and Digital Marketing.

You will have the ability to lead from the front in order to understand client requirements, provide appropriate solutions and deliver results for their clients within stipulated timeframe. It would suit someone with excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to form and build relationships quickly and to be able to read between the lines, to identify new opportunities to expand the company’s service.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Some experience of working in B2B Sales
  • Good knowledge about the UK Small Business Market
  • Some experience with Linkedin and email marketing preferred
  • High English proficiency required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond, follow up and send proposals to all the inbound leads coming in through their marketing efforts
  • Identify and build new business opportunities across the UK using Linkedin, email marketing and other business networking platforms
  • Be responsible and accountable for the complete sales lifecycle from pre-sales to post sales support for new accounts
  • Create, Develop and Sustain new business relationships with clients using various communication tools like 1-2-1 Meetings, Video conferencing, Phone calls, emails, CRM software, etc.
  • Create custom Proposals, Presentations, Case studies and other marketing collateral as and when required by individual clients
  • Be the single point of contact for new clients onboarded and deliver agreed upon services within agreed upon timeframes
  • Liaise directly with clients and provide excellent customer service keeping in mind company’s standards of communication, response time and transparency
  • Ensure high client retention rate through prompt and transparent communication and consistently delivering within timelines
  • Coordinate with the internal execution team to ensure clear understanding of the client expectations and ensure their team meets those expectations
  • Monitor progress of ongoing projects by coordinating with all the individuals and teams working on the project using project management systems and emails
  • Forecast, measure and report Revenues of new accounts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets set out in advance
