Edwards Employment Solutions are a Chesterfield based recruitment agency covering the wider East Midlands and South Yorkshire areas.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager for a fixed term maternity cover contract to start ASAP. This will be until 30 June 2023.

Based at: Nottingham, Chesterfield or Derby. Additional travel may be required

Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum

The Role:

  • Responsibility for the management and implementation of the Growth Hub Marketing and Communications Strategy
  • Develop and deliver an action plan to actively promote all aspects of the Growth Hub core service and associated projects
  • Work together with the Growth Hub Manager, Head of Events, and Events and Engagement Officers
  • Design, develop and deliver a range of branded marketing collateral that supports promotion, communications, social media and public relations activities
  • Lead the development and long term maintenance of the Growth Hub website
  • Plan, develop, manage and evaluate newsletters, blogs and social media campaigns
  • Implement ad evaluate a range of online and offline project-led marketing campaigns aimed to increase awareness, interest and in turn increase the take up of services 
  • Set goals and objectives, monitor conversions and track the success of the marketing activity via on and offline channels and deliver campaign evaluation reports
  • Continually monitor take-up of service and customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement to the project delivery team
  • Liaise with third party agencies including designers, digital practitioners, printers and copywriters as appropriate
  • Oversee the management and reporting of the marketing budget, providing reports and monthly forecasts as necessary

Who we are looking for:

  • Educated to degree level and possess a marketing or business related degree
  • Digital Marketing (CIM, IDM or other) qualification or equivalent experience
  • General Marketing qualification or equivalent experience
  • Track record of developing successful business-to-business marketing campaigns
  • Experience in brand management, line management, marketing a diverse range of businesses, and building and maintaining an effective website including SEO, analytics and content
  • Experience of multichannel on and offline marketing campaign creation, delivery and evaluation
  • Proven success in writing web and digital marketing copy and produce compelling and optimised copy
  • Strong drive for results and a high level of resilience
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Strong communication (written & oral skills)

You will have a full driving licence and access to own transport
