We are recruiting for a number of Outbound Call Agents for a variety of 'Business to Consumer ' campaigns for our client based in Sheffield City Centre.
Working for an established Outsourced Contact Centre, you will representing a leading fibre broadband provider. After a substantial training period where you will be supported as you learn all about the clients and company, you will then be tasked with the following:
- Making outbound calls to members of the public
- Opening a conversation with them about how you can save them money
- Discussing the various products and services that are available with them
- Closing the sale and setting the customer up with their new product
Although this is a sales role, you don't have to have worked in call centre sales in order to be considered. Our recruitment process will expect you to demonstrate customer service skills, resilience, overcoming challenges and working to targets. So you can come from a variety of backgrounds and we will consider your application.
The hours for the role are 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday, with optional work on a Saturday. The salary is 18.5Kpa basic, plus commission which can take the on target earnings in this role to 25K+ or even more for high achievers.
