Production Administrator

A well established business is looking to recruit a Production Control Office Administrator. 

Main duties Include:- 

• Assist with production control responsibilities including order entry into systems
• Update customer portals.
• Update spreadsheets / data entry and generate and distribute management reports
• Co-ordinate orders, deliveries and stock levels with sub-contract suppliers
• Distribute/analyse subcontractor schedules.
• Communication between subcontractors, customers and foundry.
• Generate information for the analysis KPI’s and produce associated reports
• Cover for selected shutdown holidays will be required
• General administration duties
• Monitor subcontractor performance
• Carry out stock checks at subcontractor sites when required

• Experience of working in a manufacturing background

Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00
