Remote Call Handler - Work From Home

Are you available to start a new position before Christmas?  Would you like to be trained up and working from the comfort of your own home before seeing in the New Year? 

We are looking for a number of Call Handlers who are able to deal with telephone calls in relation to the current pandemic.  It would be great if you have some previous call centre experience, however full training is provided, so all you'll need are: 

- A self-motivated work ethic

- Great communication skills

- Lovely telephone manner

- Computer skills 

- No unspent or pending convictions, a DBS will be conducted by our client (who will cover the cost) 

The role will involve making outbound calls to members of the general public, speaking to them about about their personal circumstances, providing information and updating records, escalating calls as and when required. 

This is a full-time role, for 40 hours a week and you'll need to be available to work on a rota any hours between 7.45am and 8.00pm. 

You will need to be available to start training on Wednesday 22nd December.  You will train in Sheffield for 3 full days, and then provided equipment to work from home - where you will be supported remotely by experienced supervisors and managers.
