Rents Administration Assistant

To provide excellent administrative support services. 

This will include;

  • Filing of electronic and paper documentation
  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Data entry from a variety of sources
  • Basic reporting and retrieving of information
  • Customer contact -providing basic advice and information over the telephone, assisting where possible and passing on messages when appropriate.
  • Accepting payment agreements (within agreed parameters) over the telephone 
  • To administer the Plot, garages, insurance and water accounts, including sending out letters and setting up agreements
  • To administer the application for Direct payments
  • When requested to assist in low level debt recovery by making contact via telephone.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for court hearings.
  • Maintaining and updating paper and electronic records ensuring accuracy
  • Diary Management
  • Prepare basic written correspondence as required, such as minutes, memos, letters and reports within the timescales specified by customer service standards.
  • To provide minute taking facilities at meetings when required

Hours are full time Monday to friday
