The main responsibilities for the role are:

Contacting new and existing clients.  Making outbound calls to UK business clients and effectively question a prospect to establish a need and provide the best solution.

To act as an ambassador for the business and promote its products.

To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.

To convert the calls to new business leads.

To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.

To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.

Smooth customer journey management

Live hand off to other department for close of business

Reporting daily KPI’s

Working in line with business growth & retention plan

Concise and accurate information gathering for quotation.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

Sales & lead generation background

Professional, articulate, and confident with excellent communication and telephone skills

Self-motivated with drive, tenacity and ambition

Ability to prioritise workload, working to tight deadlines

 Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Proactively demonstrate commercial awareness

Install and maintain effective working team relationships

Ability to analyse & interpret information
