Edwards Employment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive for our client based in North West London. Our client is a growing software company and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work with a vibrant and exciting company where you will be able to earn to your potential!

This is a permanent office based role. Hours are M-F 8-5. The basic salary is between 25k-30k depending on experience, 45k OTE!!

Key responsibilities:

  • Outbound sales/cold calling
  • Build relationships with businesses across the UK
  • Working with the Marketing Team to enhance the pipeline and maximise visibility in a competitive market
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to drive growth in the business

Key skills required:

  • You will have a successful career in outbound sales and be able to demonstrate that you have hit targets
  • Maintain and demonstrate a positive outlook
  • The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about sales and ensure that outstanding sales results are achieved on a daily basis
  • A strong desire to work in Account Management, Sales or Business Development
  • Minimum 3 years + telesales/customer service experience
  • Prepared to go the extra mile to hit target Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
  • Dynamic and KPI-driven – you aspire to stretch your target every month
  • Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a tight-knit team
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Quick to learn, hungry for success
