Our client are a reputable Chesterfield based organisation, and they are looking to grow their team of Site Operatives
This is a unique role, that is predominantly site based and involves regular working away from home. Full training is provided, and the company offers genuine career development opportunities.
You may come from a variety of backgrounds. Experience of mechanics would be an advantage, but not a deal breaker if you don't. What's important is that you are prepared to work away from home as a Site Operative, that you have a positive attitude towards work, you are flexible to work weekends and bank holidays when required, and that you are motivated to earn money.
In return for your commitment to working away from home, you can expect:
- Hourly pay rate of £11.25p/h, rising to £12.25 p/h once trained - equates to an annual salary of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on shift patterns (which vary from project to project)
- Overtime rates for weekends etc
- Accommodation paid for, inclusive of evening meal
- Travel to site fully expensed
