Due to growth and success, our clients who operate a chain of luxury care homes are recruiting for a professional Administrator to join their team on a Temporary basis.

Working in a busy high end care home environment, duties of the role will include: 

  • General office administration

  • Collating hours for Payroll 

  • Managing rotas and attendance for care staff

  • Clerical finance admin duties

  • Chasing payment of invoices

  • Administering new starters to the home

  • Onboarding and induction administration

  • Dealing with visitors and relatives of residents

It’s essential that you have a high level of professionalism, are an excellent communicator - both written and verbal and are comfortable with being flexible in your approach to work. 

The hours for the role are 9am-5pm, pay rate is £10p/h
