Edwards Employment Solutions are currently looking for Inbound Customer Service Advisors for their well known client based in Sheffield, S2. 

Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative 

Pay Rate: £9.50p/h

Hours per week: 40

Permanent role 

Hours/Shifts: Hours are Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm and 9-5 Saturday and Sunday

Shifts are done on a 3 week rotational basis where 1 weekend you will work 2 days, 1 weekend you will work 1 day and 1 weekend you will work 0 days. In the week there are 3 shifts – Early – 8-5pm, 9.30 – 6.30pm, 11am – 8pm. All shifts are planned so can be given at the start after the training period.

The Role: You’ll be taking calls and responding to emails, Web Chat and Social Media messages from customers who have an issue with their order or questions about products. The type of issues you’ll be dealing with are things like refunds, exchanges and tracking orders etc.  You will deal with difficult customers occasionally and it can become quite pressurised in these instances. People who are able to remain calm and level headed do very well in this role. If you have an active interest in outdoor activities such as walking, camping, cycling, snow sports and running - this will be an advantage.

Opportunities: There are opportunities for fastrack promotions to Supervisor or Team Manager available, as well as pay rate increases. The job offers really valuable experience of working for a large business in a key customer services role.
