We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant, to join the team at our accreditation service client, based in Mansfield. This is a fabulous opportunity to progress into a financial career.
The role of Accounts Assistant role focuses on providing financial support for the overall running of the business, you will report into the Group Management Accountant. This is a varied role which would suit someone who has great attention to detail but can work at pace. Previous experience providing basic financial functions would be beneficial.
This Accounts Assistant is a permanent vacancy.
Salary details & package:
- £22,700pa
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Free onsite parking

The Role – Accounts Assistant:
As an Accounts assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Purchase order generation
- Purchase invoice processing
- Incoming emails and calls
- Raising Invoices
The Candidate:
- Previous financial experience
- Great attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Must be proficient in using a variety of software’s and able to evidence this experience.
- Own transport is essential due to office location
