🧾 About the Role:
Reporting to the Lead Contract Account Manager, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the Contracts Account Managers to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of compliance and service.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver flexible administrative support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of customer-specific items and maintain sales tracking tools.
- Ensure all order entries comply with customer requirements and company policies.
- Provide regular support to Account Managers and assist with customer account troubleshooting.
- Liaise with customers to monitor and respond to their evolving needs.
- Attend customer meetings to review order books and forecast sales.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
- Commercially aware and self-driven.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in administration and contract management is essential.
- A solid understanding of customer care and after-sales service.

- Based at the Chesterfield facility with minimal travel required.
- Regular collaboration with departments including Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality, and IT.
