Customer Service - Team Leader

Our client is one of the UK’s leading telephone answering and telephone bookings companies.

Due to sustained growth they have a vacancy for a Team Leader. The Team Leader role is critical to maintaining the high level of customer service for which the client is recognised.

Based at their call handling centre in Dronfield, you will lead a team of Client Administrators. You will be responsible for the development of the team’s skills and effectiveness, monitoring and managing KPIs, and day-to-day management of sickness and holidays. You will report to the Office Manager.

Whilst no specific qualifications are required, it is likely that you will be educated to A-level or Further Education standard. More importantly, you will have had experience of managing a team, working in an organisation where customer service is paramount, and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
