Flower Packing Operative – Valentine’s Peak

Pay Rates:

• £12.21 per hour

• £18.32 per hour for overtime (over 40 hours worked in a week)

The Role:
We are recruiting Flower Packing Operatives to support a busy warehouse during the Valentine’s Day peak period. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working with fresh flowers and customer orders.

Duties will include:

• Quality checking flowers

• Preparing flowers for the production line

• Loading flowers onto a moving conveyor belt and following job instructions

• Ensuring bouquets are completed correctly

• Scanning barcodes linked to customer orders

• Picking the correct bouquet and any requested extras

• Packing, taping, and labelling boxes

• Moving completed orders onto the correct racking ready for despatch

Some tasks are physical and will involve lifting and moving stock.

The Opportunity:
This is a short-term temporary role to support Valentine’s Day demand. Applicants must be flexible, as shifts will be confirmed closer to the time and hours may vary depending on workload.
