Edwards Employment are currently recruiting for permanent Inbound Customer Service Advisors for their client who is a well known call centre company in Sheffield.
Full time 40 hours a week
Start date -30th of August
Hours of work - between 8am - 8pm M-S (shift work)
5 days of training in Sheffield
**Please note that you should be within commuting distance to Sheffield to be considered for the role**
After training you will be working from home
Pay rate - £9.90 p/h
Key responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls from members of the public
- Updating various different systems
- Customer focused
- Resolving any issues
- Making bookings
Person specification:
- Comfortable and speedy use of a computer
- Customer service experience
- Friendly, professional telephone manner
- No unspent or pending convictions
