We are looking for an energetic and professional individual for the role of Internal Sales Executive for a well-established Chesterfield based company. The successful candidate will be someone who is looking to settle into an long-term position and is ambitious to progress within the organisation.
Targetted to generating sales leads for an external sales team to convert, you'll have the opportunity to make a high impact as you conduct high quality sales converations with decision makers within businesses throughout the UK. These sales leads won't often be 'quick wins', so you'll need to understand the value of building rapport with finesse, fact finding and generating professional trust as you foster relationships with the decision makers you speak with.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar Business to Business sales role, either in a call centre or sales office enviornment. Either way you'll need to be;

- A strong communicator, written and oral
- A great team player
You'll be rewarded with a basic salary of £19,500, which will rise to £20,000 after completion of your probationary period. There is the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, and you can expect on target earnings of over £23,000pa.
Hours of the role are 9am-5.30pm.
