Customer Service Executive

An opportunity to work for a market leading business in an internal sales function.

You would be responsible for handling enquiries, assistance, driving and closing all aspects of sales. Processing customer information, invoicing, KPI’s and trend reporting. Office based with the potential to participate in select trade shows and company events around the country, meeting potential clients and new customers via site visits. The role would suit someone that is Entrepreneurial and innovative in seeking new opportunities and avenues of revenue.

Main Duties

Taking ownership of own sales and managing expectations throughout the entire customer journey including account set up & post sales requirements.

Responsible for own sales performance in line with agreed personal objectives.

Proactively engage in monthly, quarterly & annual appraisals.

Flexibility in role to adapt to various sales products & initiatives in line with company focus.

Effectively handle workloads around industry events, week / month / quarter volume & financial targets.

Centrally support the growth & development of the external sales team nationally when opportunities for site visits present themselves.

Initiate and engage in outbound promotional activity when new campaigns are launched throughout the year or during any seasonal off-peak periods.

 

  • Hours are Monday to Friday and 37.5 hours per week.
