The Role

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Working with wood and metal, using hand tools and CNC machine tools

  • Manufacturing parts in line with specifications

  • Learning assembly processes to create finished products ready for customers

  • Supporting the wider production team to maintain quality and efficiency

No two days look the same – this is a varied, engaging role where you’re involved in more than just one stage of production.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be the finished article  - attitude and hands-on experience matter most.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience using hand tools or machine tools

  • Background in a factory, manufacturing or production environment

  • A practical mindset and good attention to detail

  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills

What’s In It For You?

Let’s talk package – because it stacks up:

  • £25,000 – £28,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

  • Paid overtime (time during the week, time and a half at weekends)

  • Holidays increase with each year of service
