We are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join an expanding team at a well established, Chesterfield based organization.
Salary Details & Package

£12.21 per hour

Average 50 hours per week

Shadowing/training provided for the first week
-
Early start at 4:00 AM
-
Rotating weekly schedule – one week 5 days, the next week 6 days

Shorter shifts on Saturdays (approx. 6 hours)
The Role – Van Driver
As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for:

Multi-drop deliveries to various clients and sites
-
Unloading goods and occasional manual handling (up/down stairs)

Working from paperwork – literacy is essential
-
Occasionally assisting with loading
-
Representing the company in a polite and professional manner – you are the face of the business!

Wearing appropriate workwear: black or blue trousers/tops with no large logos
This is a customer-facing role, so a friendly, respectful manner is essential (and you might be rewarded with the occasional coffee, sandwich, or slice of cake!)
The Candidate Must Haves

Aged 21+

Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Physically fit and capable of manual lifting

Able to read and complete paperwork accurately

Punctual, reliable, and presentable

Willing to start work at 4:00 AM

Flexible to work longer days depending on distance/routes

Own smart workwear – dark trousers and tops, no large logos
