Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for a Night Shift Team Leader to work with one of our Sheffield-based clients.
We are looking for a Night Shift Team Leader to lead a small team of Night Pickers (around 5 staff). The role involves overseeing the picking and packing of customer orders from paper lists, ensuring goods are ready for the early morning delivery drivers who start at 4am. You’ll be responsible for directing daily team activities, supporting staff, and handling any day-to-day queries to keep operations running smoothly.
The warehouse operates at a chilled ambient temperature of around 3–4 degrees (similar to a fridge), so being comfortable working in this environment is important.
