The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join the expanding retail team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales success.

You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them to the right solutions, providing quotes, and following up on opportunities to ensure delivery of a five-star experience from enquiry through to aftersales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat enquiries from both pre-sales and aftersales customers.

  • Provide expert advice on products and solutions that best suit customer needs.

  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, tracking potential sales and following up on quotes.

  • Utilise and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and high-quality customer data.

  • Support related teams including Purchasing, Operations, and Accounts with relevant queries.

  • Resolve delivery, returns, and technical queries efficiently and professionally.

  • Continuously build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain in-depth product knowledge.

  • Identify and report trends or issues relating to stock, returns, or processes.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture.
