Due to expansion, our Dronfield based client are recruiting for a dynamic and professional Sales and Purchasing Administrator to work within their busy Administration office.
The role will involve:
- Entering sales orders onto computer system
- Arranging transport to UK & overseas customers and raising of sales invoices
- Entering purchase orders onto computer system
- Booking stock onto system
- Checking & passing of purchase invoices for further authorisation before payment
- Liaising with freight forwarders & warehouse(s) on incoming stock
- Updating system to reflect the relevant changes
- Providing administrative assistance on export sales transactions including obtaining freight quotes and arranging shipments
- Issue of relevant export documentation
- Assistance at stocktakes and performance of stock reconciliations
To be considered for this role, ideally you'll have experience in a similar position, and have passed GCSE Maths and English.
