Temp Administrator - 6 Months Contract

Our clients who operate a chain of luxury care homes are recruiting for a professional Administrator to join their team on a Temporary basis.


Pay Rate & Details:

  • £12p/h - £12.50p/h, depending upon experience
  • 40 hours a week
  • 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm
  • Free onsite parking
  • Accrue up to 28 days annual leave per year
  • Auto enrolment for company pension after 3 months


Working in a busy high end care home environment, duties of the Administrator role will include: 

  • General office administration

  • Collating hours for Payroll 

  • Managing rotas and attendance for care staff

  • Clerical finance admin duties

  • Chasing payment of invoices

  • Administering new starters to the home

  • Onboarding and induction administration

  • Dealing with visitors and relatives of residents


What We Are Looking For: 

  • Experience in a similar Administrator role/environment would be desirable
  • Excellent Administration skills 
  • Excel knowledge
  • Strong numerical skills for collating payroll
  • A professional individual
  • Someone with great communication skills
