Edwards Employment Solutions are working with a well established organisation based in Chesterfield, who are looking to hire a temporary Administrator for an ongoing contract.
Working hours for the role of Administrator are full time, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm, with flexi-time available once trained.
Duties will include:
- Data reconciliation on MS Excel - using formulas, graphs and v-look ups
- Filing
- Inputting data to Excel
- Answering phone calls
- Making outbound calls
- Data processing
For the role of Administrator, Data Inputting, Customer Service and Admin experience are essential. An Intermediate level of Excel skills are highly desirable. .
