📝 The Role:
As a Transport Administrator, based at the Chesterfield Fusion office, you’ll play a key role in supporting the transport and operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Transport team
- Ensuring driver paperwork is accurate and up to date
- Checking warehouse orders and raising vehicle defects
- Chasing customers for cable drum returns
- Handling incoming calls from the sales function
- Checking transport reports and customer PODs
- Raising purchase orders and supporting with ad hoc admin tasks
🕒 Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 6:00am – 8:00pm)
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Strong Excel and general admin skills
- Previous driving experience and good knowledge of local routes
- Experience in the transport or hire industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A confident, resilient, and friendly approach
