Edwards Employment Solutions Ltd is working with a leading agricultural turf distributor based near York – and they’re hiring now!
We’re looking for experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join their busy, outdoor team. If you enjoy working in the fresh air and getting stuck in, this could be the role for you! 🌾🌱
What You’ll Be Doing:

Loading and rotating turf & agricultural products
-
Operating FLTs and Telehandlers safely and efficiently

Keeping the yard clear and organised

Handling both bagged and palletised goods
What You Need:
✅ Externally accredited Counterbalance or Telehandler licence (not in-house)
✅ Own transport (rural location)
✅ Physically fit and ready to work outdoors
⭐ 2+ years’ experience preferred but not essential
What’s On Offer:

£13.00/hr + Overtime up to £17.50/hr

Weekly pay – every Friday

Monday to Friday only – no weekends

Early finish Fridays

Free on-site parking

28 days paid holiday (accrued)
