We're recruiting on behalf of a leading outsourced sales organisation for a high-profile B2C Energy Campaign, representing one of the UK's major energy providers.

This is not a volume-based, easy-sell campaign. We're looking for resilient, commercially minded sales professionals who know the energy sector and thrive in a target-driven environment.

✔ £14.00 per hour basic pay

✔ Realistic OTE of £37,500+

The Role

You'll be speaking directly with consumers, building rapport, understanding customer needs and promoting energy solutions on behalf of a major UK energy provider.

Success in this role requires confidence, resilience and the ability to overcome objections while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

We're Looking For:

✔ Minimum 12 months' Energy Sales experience (essential)

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✔ Strong communication and objection-handling skills

✔ Positive, resilient and self-motivated attitude

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✔ Professional approach and excellent customer service skills

Compliance Requirements

Due to the nature of the campaign, successful candidates will be required to complete:

✔ Basic DBS Check

✔ Two employment references covering the previous five years
