We are currently recruiting for an FLT Driver / Bandsaw Operator to join a busy and growing company based in Staveley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong forklift truck experience who is looking for a long-term role with training and development opportunities available.

The Role

Duties will include:

• Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials
• Operating bandsaw machinery
• Cutting materials to specification
• General warehouse and production duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting the wider team where required

Candidate Requirements

• Solid proven experience operating forklift trucks
• Valid FLT licence preferred, although refresher training can be provided
• Previous experience working within manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
• Proactive and reliable attitude
• Strong work ethic with a proven work history
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
