The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support a busy HR function within a growing warehouse and logistics environment.

This role is ideal for someone organised, process-driven and looking to build a strong career within HR.

You will play a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems

  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and HR documentation

  • Support onboarding and induction processes

  • Assist with absence tracking and reporting

  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment administration

  • Support payroll preparation

  • Ensure compliance documentation is up to date

  • Provide administrative support across all HR activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous HR administration experience

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable
