The Role – IT Developer & Systems Specialist
As an IT Developer & Systems Specialist, you will:
-
Design and build internal systems including pipeline and inventory management tools
-
Develop dashboards to improve operational visibility and reporting
-
Build forecasting tools to support commercial decision-making
-
Lead the development and implementation of a bespoke CRM system
-
Design and manage a centralised database
-
Integrate systems across platforms including CRM and Microsoft 365
-
Provide IT support and improve internal systems and processes
-
Use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver MVPs quickly
-
Work closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions
This is a hands-on IT Developer role focused on delivery, impact, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills – IT Developer & Systems Specialist
Essential:

Experience as an IT Developer, Software Developer or Systems Developer

Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript or C#

Experience using AI tools within development workflows

Solid understanding of SQL, APIs and web technologies

Microsoft 365 knowledge

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
Desirable:

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
