Location: Field Based, South Yorkshire (Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster)
Hours: Full‑time
Contact: 3 Month Fixed Term (potential to go permanent)
Salary: £30-34,000.00

We’re looking for someone who can open doors, build trust, and represent a training provider with purpose - working with charities, community groups, and organisations across South Yorkshire.

About the Role
- Building relationships with local organisations, charities, and community groups
- Promoting a range of training and development programmes
- Generating engagement, interest, and new partnerships
- Conducting face-to-face visits and outreach activity
- Representing the organisation as a trusted partner in the community
- Identifying opportunities to expand reach and impact
This is a field-based role — expect to be out and about the majority of the time.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outreach, partnerships, community engagement, or field-based sales
- Confidence to approach new people and start conversations
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A proactive, self-starting attitude
- A genuine interest in community focused or education-based work
