EES Recruitment are working with an established local employer who are investing in an exciting brand-new pelletising production facility at their Brassington site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the operation right at the beginning, working with modern, purpose-built machinery and helping to shape the production processes as the new plant develops.

The Role

As a Pelletiser Production Operative, you will work as part of the production team operating and monitoring the pelletising process, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and consistently.

Your duties will include:

* Operating and monitoring brand-new pelletising equipment
* Processing limestone/calcium carbonate into finished pellet products
* Monitoring product quality, size, moisture and consistency
* Completing production checks and recording results
* Identifying and reporting equipment or process issues
* Working with colleagues to improve production processes
* Keeping machinery and production areas clean and well maintained
* Supporting the commissioning and development of the new plant
* Following all health, safety, environmental and quality procedures

About You

We’re looking for someone practical, reliable and switched-on, with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in machinery and production.

You may already have experience within manufacturing, quarrying, aggregates, minerals, process production or engineering, although full training will be provided and the right attitude is just as important as previous experience.

You’ll ideally be someone who:

* Takes pride in doing a job properly
* Is hardworking, reliable and safety conscious
* Enjoys practical, hands-on work
* Is comfortable working around industrial machinery
* Can follow procedures and identify opportunities for improvement
* Works well independently and as part of a team
* Is keen to learn and develop

Why Apply?

This isn’t a role where you’re simply stepping into an established routine. You’ll be joining a new operation from day one, with the opportunity to work with new equipment, help establish production processes and play a genuine part in the future success of the plant.
