Sales Coordinator – The Opportunity

Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a busy, growing business within the agricultural and distribution sector.

This Sales Coordinator role is a key position within the business - acting as the central link between customers, field teams, and logistics. If you enjoy being organised, speaking to people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is a role where you’ll genuinely add value every day.

Due to the seasonal nature of the business, this role offers variety, pace, and the chance to get involved in different areas - ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

 

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 10:00am – 4:00pm

  • 30 hours per week

 

The Role – Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will:

  • Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and Sage

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone and email

  • Coordinate deliveries between customers, farm teams, and logistics

  • Ensure all order details are correct and updated in real-time

  • Handle incoming queries from both customers and internal teams

  • Support operational efficiency across the business

  • Maintain high standards of health and safety

  • Assist with general office and occasional operational support tasks

  • Adapt to changing workloads during peak seasonal periods

 

The Candidate – Sales Coordinator

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicating with customers and internal teams

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms

  • Calm under pressure and able to prioritise workload

  • Flexible and willing to support the wider team when needed

 

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or Admin role

  • Strong IT skills, including experience with order processing systems

  • Excellent communication skills (phone and email)

  • Experience using Sage (or similar systems)
