We're looking for an experienced Industrial Weighing Service Engineer who already understands the equipment, the industry and the importance of keeping customers' operations running smoothly.

The Role

Working in a field-based capacity, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing industrial weighing equipment, including weighbridges, at customer sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out planned servicing and preventative maintenance.

• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.

• Attending breakdowns and completing repairs to minimise customer downtime.

• Working independently across your allocated geographical area.

• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a professional, reliable service.

• Travelling to customer sites, including occasional overnight stays when required.

What We're Looking For

For this particular vacancy, previous experience within the industrial weighing industry is essential.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Hands-on experience servicing, maintaining or repairing weighbridges and/or other industrial weighing systems.

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.

• A good understanding of the technical demands of industrial weighing equipment.

• Experience working independently in a field service environment.

• A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
